A player in good standing with the Admin can apply for up to 3 characters under the following conditions:

1) You may only have 1 vigilante. If you choose to have a vigilante and a law enforcement officer you may do so but you must have some type of bad guy as well, though you will be allowed a fourth character.

2) You may play only 1 major FC. A major FC is defined as any character that has their own comic book series devoted to them, an extensive amount of history in the DC universe, or a significant level of responsibility.

3) You may only have 1 character on the applist at a time, this gives everyone a chance to app a character they would like to play, not overload appstaff and reduce character squatting.

4) We realize some characters may not be playable everyday, but if you are squatting a character you will not be permitted to apply for another. And have that character removed if it is felt you are not RPing it.

5) Sometimes you just need to have your alts in the same place and we understand that. This is not a problem in social events, but should the need for fighting or gaining more privledged information should occur you will need to remove one of the characters from the scene by either them leaving or being knocked out. You should not GAIN from interaction between your alts.
