Players who have not been approved, will have 2 weeks for a FC and 3 weeks for an OC in order to complete their application and apply. Once a character has been applied for any changes requested by the app staff should be completed within one week of the full rejection of their app. While this might seem harsh, other players may wish a chance to app the character and squatting will not be permitted nor will 2 people be allowed to app for the same person at one time.

Players who have been approved will have a 3 week inactivity period after which they will be purged if they have not set their &vacation field (see NEWS VACATIONS). We realize that RL comes first but excessive inactivty and not RPing, reaching the purge or constant vacations will result in the pulling of a character to prevent squating.

Players playing regular OCs and not a Meta or a Vigillante will have a 4 week inactivity period provided the character is not in a position that has other characters relying on their activity. In those instances they too will be held to the 3 week period.
