Please read these conditions. You agree while playing here that:

1. The MUSH is not a democracy, while the admin do listen to player suggestions all final decisions on policy, mush direction or code rests with the Admin and ultimately the Head Wizard.

2. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated, whether by page, mail or over a channel. This includes sexual harassment, swearing or anything else another player might find offensive and report to the admin. Please try to have logged evidence of the harassment.

3. The Admin are not responsible for providing you RP. They are simply here to create the world and atmosphere. If you can not be creative enough to roleplay, please don't play here.

4. Mush code hacking, breaking, or any sort of abuse to the system will be dealt with full extent of the law.

5. All players must have valid email addresses. We do not sell mail addresses and they are kept in secret and not given out. The majority of the staff does not have See_All, this means unless you tell a staffer who you are they will not know and your app and your behavior will be judged at face value.

6. Please keep OOC actions OOC, use OOC, page or @mail. Play your character well!

7. The admin reserve the right to retcon any RP deemed OOC in nature, not in theme or harmful to MUSH direction. They have the right to pull any Feature character from a player with or without any reason

8. If you need to contact an admin use +aid or +mail. Do not page the admins use these other methods so as to receive the best aid possible. In conjunction, if you do not like the decision of one admin do not go to another if you wish to appeal contact the Head Wizard.

9. Remember if an admin has an RP character, that character is not an admin, they are just like a normal character with no abilities. So please let them RP as you would wish to RP.

10. The administrators have a right to log, record, monitor any action or conversation on the MUSH. This is used mostly to fix code problems and debugging.

11. This is a free service, provided by people who enjoy the DC universe comics. You are not expected to pay anything, except the costs of your own internet connection.

12. Lastly, this is a consentual role-playing environment. You must receive another player's permission before doing any actions/poses/rp that may detrimental to the other character. IE: Death, dismemberment, rape, etc.

13. All players are responsible for being familiar with the information held in NEWS. Saying you didn't know is not an excuse for not meeting the activity requirements for your character, being accused of harassment, etc.
