Midtown was the scene of a tremendous attack during the mid-day hours. Seemingly out of no where an inhuman monster rose out of this city's sewage system to mindless run rampage across town.

The monster, apparently consisting of sewage debris and matter, rose out of the ground and destroying several city blocks worth of street and sidewalk areas. The monster, easily several feet taller than a typical man, began tossing cars, destroying light poles and generally being a dangerous disruption to this city's work day.

Justice League member The Flash and Teen Titan member Starfire arrived on the scene not long after the monster made its appearance. The monster was driven back into the sewage system and disappeared. As of yet, the monster has not reappeared.

Total damages to Midtown's surface, utilities and underground facilities are estimated in the millions of dollars. Work to rebuild has already begun. The City's Government has declared that they will use this chance to upgrade and reinforce the city's utilities in case of a similar attack in the future.
